Dipandu oleh pak Yoga Wakakesiswaan mengawali acara dengan menyampaikan ucapan selamat dan motivasi. Secara umum motivasi yang disampaikan berisi pesan bahwa keberhasilan yang dilalui melalui proses dan kerja keras akan dirasa jauh lebih baik. Dalam berusaha agar tidak berkecil hati ketika hasil dari kerja keras tersebut masih terlihat atau dianggap sesuatu yang kecil. Beliau berpesan agar terus semangat dan memiliki daya juang tinggi dalam memajukan sekolah.

Bapak Muhammad Masykur Izzy Baiquni penyampaian program dan tujuan kedatangan Mahasiswa ke MTs NU Pakis. Beliau menyampaikan sikap dan karakter mahasiswa IAI AL-Qolam yang rata rata santri ingin belajar banyak mengenai pembelajaran yang ada di MTs NU Pakis.

Lalu Dr. Najmah, S.Pd, M.Pd menyampaikan beberapa profil beliau dan sejarah singkat MTs NU Pakis. Sosok yang pernah menjuarai Lomba Leadership Madrasah Pada tahun 2012 Kemenag RI ini merupakan kepala sekolah MTs NU Pakis sejak 2005 sampai sekarang.

Beliau menyampaikan beberapa motivasi mulai dari masa kuliah sampai bisa menjadi kepala sekolah MTs NU Pakis

“Mahasiswa bahasa Indonesia itu multifungsi dan bisa jadi apa saja,bahasa Indonesia itu bukan jurusan yang sepele, bahasa Indonesia merupakan dasar dari segala Ilmu, ” ujar kepala sekolah yang juga sebagai anggota LP ma’arif NU Kabupaten Malang.

Setelah mendengarnya mahasiswa pun semakin tersulut semangatnya, mereka semua silih berganti sambil menanyakan bagaimana sistem perencanaan pembelajaran yang diterapkan di sana.

Dengan telatennya beliau menjawab satu persatu pertanyaan dari mahasiswa.

Menurutnya, siswa tidak hanya dituntut untuk belajar di dalam kelas saja. Perlu adanya ruang untuk mereka, dalam mengembangkan potensi masing-masing.

“Dengan prestasi siswa itu, karakter siswa terbentuk dan kepercayaan diri pun terbangun. Saya kembangkan di non akademik, kalau disentuh akademik jelas kita kalah jauh, perlu proses lama,” kata Dr Najmah.

la mengatakan, MTS NU Pakis pernah pulang sebagai Juara Umum Aluvera 2019 tingkat Kabupaten Malang, Juara 2 Lomba Pencak Silat Pagar Nusa Tingkat Jawa Timur, Juara PMR Tingkat Jawa Timur dan Juara Umum Pramuka se Malang Raya juga Nasional. Meski begitu, dirinya tidak mengesampingkan prestasi akademik para siswa.

“Akademik juga kita tingkatkan, sehingga para siswa juga bisa aktif di dalam kelas maupun di luar kelas. Tiga hal yang kita layani kepada siswa, yaitu pikiran, hati dan spiritual,” tutupnya.
